I have had the opportunity to collaborate on the creation of a campaign video for Podem València during the regional elections in May 2023 in Spain. We were asked to explore the significance of the correlation of political and social forces, a concept that has been addressed by several influential political thinkers, including Machiavelli and Gramsci. Through constantly shifting building blocks, I depicted how some votes can have a greater impact than others. Politics is a game of balance, and that's what we aimed to capture.
The project was rendered with Sketch&Toon on Cinema4D. The animations were made using Xpresso systems to create the dynamics between the blocks. Short project but with tons of little details behind the animation.
